Ok here goes as my first act of assistance. The methods to use are basiclly the same as those used upon you. However, the methods are all intentional and predetermined.
1) Create doubt and trust issues.
2) Establish contiuous chaos.
3) Break down communications.
4) Incur excess debt for the individual.
5) Plant long term personal visual reminders of her quaility of morality.
First we need to gather some information. You must know where she lives and her contact information of course. Contact information for the new guy is paramount as well. Possibly knowing his circle of friends would aid you in the process.
First, you need to have a few unlisted or blocked calls to the target female by other females. Suggesting that "She stay away from their man." Indicate that they are the girlfriend and that she needs to look elswhere for a new man. Human nature for a woman is to fight back. This will cause her to start questioning what is going on with her man. This in turn will cause the man (in the Navy....yeah he is already screwing anything that moves) to question why or how his casual aquantices are able to contact his girlfriend. If his number is available, wait for about 2-3 wks after begining this process and have a few guys do the same to him but do it more subtly. They can just laugh and taunt, "Your so stupid dude" or "How's my di%$ taste looser." No discussions at all and always *67 before dialing or use a pay phone. Step 1 complete.
Immediately following this you need to set up an new "Front" (Another battle that she must now fight. When I worked in Atlanta some time ago some fellas were at odds with each other and they were very creative. Some of their ideas were both direct and indirect. These ideas cause problems regarding email Sending irritating emails from a new or unkown or untraceable email address), home mail delivery (postal address change), Notice to the utility companies to suspend or disconnect service, cutting cable TV wires, gluing home or car door locks, etc. Of course NONE of these are legal and can cause so much harm to yourself landing you in jail. Being directly involved is not desired as you want to be a bug on the wall and let these things unfold. Simpler ideas might be to incite issues between her and some of her girl friends. Using 3rd and 4th parties, misinformation could be used to put them at odds with each other. possibly passing around photos of her (if you have any) in comprimised positions might be helpful. Place ads in newspapers, online, magazines in strip clubs offering escort services are all very useful and can be long term. Providing email or phone number contact information is mean but useful as well. Provide copies to her friends or family or better still, the guys that know her boyfriend. Step 2 complete.
If you have any way to elaborate on the communications (cell, home phone, email, postal) aspect as mentioned above, you will limit her contact to her man. This adds yet another problem. she will become fixated on other issues thereby taking attention off of whom may be doing this stuff to her. keep in mind that this along with other items may not be possible and not all of these items are needed. You just want to make her uncomfortable and have her pay for the BS she put you through. Use your discretion as to the lengths you want to go. Step 3 complete.
Try ordering magazines, CD's, DVD's or any other subscription you can think of. If there is anything like pizza or other home delivery you can think of, have it sent over. I knew a guy who got a hold of another person's SS num and got some credit cards in their name. Now this is major fraud and big time jail. I don't think he used it but when the other guy went to buy a house this caused some issues. This other guy went to the mall and dropped all 3 credit cards in very conspicuous places where anybody could find them. I don't know the end result. Another guy had some guy's credit report. He would make hotel reservations with the credit card number and then (of course not show up and would not cancel the reservation). Card was probably charged. He also ordered a truck load of rocks and instructed that they be dumped on the lawn while the guy was away on vacation, used the card number from the report to pay for it over the phone. Yeah, the grass was ruined for several months. Calling and ordering cable TV hook up when the person has satelite causes the guy to come to the house...of course nobody is going to hook up anything if nobody is at home...but again, chaos. Step 4 done
Last but not least, if you have any pictures at all, even "G" Rated pics, you can photo shop them and print hundreds to pass out, mail as Christmas cards, mail to friends family or boyfriends of the target. Decorate their tree int he front yard. Throw rolls of TP into a tree on a rainy night. That stuff never comes out. Weed B Gone on the grass can spell out somebody's massive dislike for another human being. My favorite if Wood stain on concrete. Time to get the jack hammer because pressure washers are no match. Ever try to touch up a car paint job with "Paint stripper"..oooo yeah that's expensive too. Step 5 complete.
You can always hire an outside contractor bu you may want to make dure they are reliable and won't get caught because you better beleive, they are going to roll over on you if they get prssed for jail time so do becareful. You can always just fantasize about all of these great ideas. Remember, the Unverse always has a way of Evening things up for you.
