I am having trouble with someone (or scum, as it is)who, or that,is stealing and harassing people where I work, and even the place itself. I don't consider this scum human, as it bet someone up and has no respect for anyone. It is allowed. I am not looking for revenge, but practical solutions to completely stop this behavior. The workplace and police autorities don't help or protect. Any suggestions are appreciated.
