We are a decent family, we were very courteous to the people who moved in the house next to us, but they felt something was wrong and that is why we were being nice to them. They stared misbehaving with us. We realized our folly and we gave them a cold shoulder and that was good enough to show them their real place.
i think you did the right thing sanju. some people really think that if you do good, there is something that you want from them. but it should not stop us from doing good to other people.
No, this didn't change our basic nature, we are the same friendly people. We just changed our attitude with that family, as such we didn't do any wrong to them too.

It is sad that when you do good things people suspect you of some hidden motives... This tells a lot about human nature and the world we live in. And sometimes, yes, giving a cold shoulder helps to solve a situation like the one you've had.
Those people are so crossed with us they try all those methods to trouble us. Two days ago, what happened was quite strange. They lodged a complaint at a police station against the labor that was doing some repair work at our place. Their bike was missing and they felt that it were the people at our place were the ones. It was their friend who took it away and next day he returned it. All this was not so pleasant to our family.We just thought it is their jealous nature and let them go to..........
