There are sometimes news about these serial killers. Most of the times they are psychic cases, mentally disturbed people who justify their killing. They feel that they have come to the world to eliminate wrong people. Now what should be punishment for these people, should they be hanged to death or they should be treated for their mental illness and sent to remand houses?
People who have taken other people's lives must pay for it by their own life. I think many of these criminals would love to be perceived insane, so that they can get away with the killings. I am not saying that none of them are mentally ill, but some are perfectly sane... which is perhaps the scariest part about them.
well, yes, i agree. maybe some are not mentally disturbed and they just committed a crime because of some reason, but i still think that they should be punished. if killing them will also be a way to achieve justice, then i think i will agree on that. you can never take a life back.
Yes whatever might be the reason, no one has the right to take the life of a person. The law is there to do justice. A person can go to any extent justify his crime, but you see he has to pay for his deeds. So such criminals need to be dealt with firm a hand.
This is even more true when we talk about *serial* killers, those who do it repeatedly and will not stop until caught. They have their twisted "reasons" as well, and I do not care to hear what those "reasons" are, I want them to answer for their crimes.
